Mortal Kombat X is a fighting game developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. It is the tenth installment in the series and is a sequel to the 2011 Mortal Kombat game.
The game can either be played solo or with a friend. The main objective is to brutally injure one another until a 'Fatality' occurs, in which one of the players or AI wins.
Jack started playing the game in a video with Felix (PewDiePie), and made more videos later, claiming that there were fatalities to be seen.
In the first episode, Jack started to play with Ermac, whom he heard had the best fatality. After the fight, Jack reeled in disgust as Ermac crushed the enemy's intestines. Jack then said that was a good fatality.
In the second episode, Jack focused more on the female characters, such as Kitana, Mileena, Sonya Blade, and Cassie Cage. More fatalities were used, and Jack answered questions regarding the DLC characters Jason Voorhees, Tanya, and Shinnok, claiming he wasn't going to spend money to unlock characters.
In the third episode, the main focus were the DLC characters, which he said he didn't like buying, but he 'Really wanted Predator.' The focus at first was Jason Voorhees, which Jack liked, because of the 'creepy aspect', though Jack thought the Fatality was crap. Tanya was next on the roster, but the Fatality for her wasn't seen. Shinnok was last, his fatality shaking Jack the worst, because Jack got the willies whenever someone does something against their will.
The focus of the last episode was the Predator DLC. Jack said that he really wanted to see Predator's Fatality, and thought he was a really cool character. Jack discovered that episode how to do Predator's Brutality, which was shooting through their face with a plasma cannon. Jack ended the episode claiming that NetherRealm could have made the DLC fatalities more gory.
