The Escapists: The Walking Dead is a sequel to the original The Escapists game, developed and published by Team17 Digital Ltd. It is based upon the comic book version of The Walking Dead.

The game has a similar format to the original Escapists game, although instead of planning to break out of a prison, the player takes control of Rick Grimes who has to survive and keep himself and other characters safe and well whilst defending against zombies known as 'walkers'.
Series background[]
Jack played the sequel out of interest, although admitted he didn't enjoy it as much as the original Escapists, saying he only watched two seasons of the TV show and never read the comic books.
